What the calculators do with your numbers

Every calculation runs in your browser. The figures you type are not sent to this site or to anyone else. If you copy a link, the numbers are in that link, so share it only with people you want to see them.

The invoice generator

Your company details can be saved in your browser's local storage so you don't retype them. That storage stays on your device and only your browser can read it. Untick "Remember my details" to clear it.

Analytics

If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, rough location from your IP address, device type and the events listed on the cookies page. IP addresses are anonymised. Data is kept for 14 months. Google processes it under its own terms, and some of it is transferred outside the UK under Google's standard contractual clauses. If you decline, no analytics script loads. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies, which brings the choice back.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also keeps a cookieless count of visits. It does not identify you.

Adverts and partner links

There are none yet. If adverts arrive they will only load after you accept them, and this page will say which network runs them and what it collects.

Email

If you email me I will keep the message for as long as needed to reply and deal with it, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. In practice I hold almost none. Email me and I'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how I handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
